Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form to ensure a smooth processing of your request.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
